Judge throws out HCA lawsuits against Midland and Gladwin counties and FLTF; All four dams have necessary permits!

US District Judge Matthew Leitman dismissed two lawsuits filed by Heron Cove Association against Gladwin and Midland counties and the Four Lakes Task Force. An article from MLive can be found here and FLTF update here.

In another positive development, FLTF reported on March 17 that all four dams have been granted the necessary permits!
