FLTF files motion to expedite review and a brief in opposition to HCA latest appeal

On March 3, the FLTF filed a brief in opposition to HCA's application for leave to appeal. The brief can be found here.


On the same day the FLTF filed a motion to expedite review of HCA's application for leave to appeal (which was filed in the Michigan Supreme Court)- requesting a ruling by May 1, 2025. The motion can be found here.
