FLTF December Webinar Rescheduled

The next FLTF informational webinar has been changed to Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 5-7:00pm. You can register here. They hope to have a better picture of the timeline and path forward in January.

On December 11 a panel of three judges will hear oral arguments for Heron Cove Associations claim of appeal. The judges will not make a ruling until a later date, though. On December 12, the US District Court, Eastern District will hold a hearing for the two federal lawsuits before Judge Leitman.
