The words we've all been waiting for from the Supreme Court (excerpt from full document):

"On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The

application for leave to appeal the January 6, 2025 judgment of the Court of Appeals is

considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented

should be reviewed by this Court."

This was the last case that impacted the funding of the restoration! Heron Cove has exhausted its options for fighting the FLTF Special Assessment District.

We are back on track! Now, we need to turn our focus to fundraising for fish habitat restoration. More to come on that.
