Lake Associations File Amicus Brief with Michigan Appellate Court

At recent meetings, Association Members have asked “What else can we do to make sure the Court understands our concerns?”  In response, the 4 Lake Associations (Sanford, Secord, Smallwood, and Wixom) filed an Amicus Brief last week with the Michigan Appellate Court asking the Court to UPHOLD the Midland Circuit Court ruling.  Click the button below to find a summary with links to the materials.
